What does “Like New” condition mean?
Products returned to us must be 100% "as new." This means they cannot have been worn except to try them on, and they must not have any scratches on the upper or sole, traces of dirt, signs of wear, or excessive creasing.
When trying on shoes, and before deciding whether to keep them, we suggest walking only on carpet, to protect the soles.
Items that are not “like new” will not be accepted.
